Elle SteeleElle Steele (OW2001) is a five-time Australian Swimming representative, Paralympian and Gold medallist, who now works in the personal development space as a psychic business coach, healer and motivational speaker.

Born with a congenital disability called arthrogryposis, Elle’s life has been full of moments of great joy and sadness due to the continual change in her physical capabilities. Living on the Surf Coast in Victoria, Elle’s life mission is to show others that despite all the heartache we may face, if we can be brave and heal our hearts, the ripple effect of this bravery will help to heal the world.

Last September, Elle gave her first TEDx talk, ‘The Dance of Disability’, a brilliant presentation which opened minds to the intersecting world of disability. Elle is also a psychic activator and cosmic channel who connects people to their power. She gives you permission to live your most authentic and abundant life.

Over the last ten years Elle has worked as a psychic coach. Weaving intuition and energy healing alongside coaching and mentoring, she has helped hundreds of people step into their light and embody their true nature. Elle creates a no judgement zone where people are free to express themselves and show up exactly as they are, without fear or worry.

Aside from being an entrepreneur, Elle has also played rugby at a national level, has modelled in an inclusive body-positive lingerie campaign, and uses a wheelchair to get herself from A to B most of the time.

When she is not empowering people to dive into life, you can find her swimming in the ocean at her local beach, hanging out at home with her gorgeous cat Harry, cooking up a delicious meal or working on a new young adult novel that she’s writing.
