Child abuse includes sexual offences, grooming, physical violence, serious emotional or psychological harm, serious neglect and a child’s exposure to family violence. Wesley College is committed to the protection of all children from all forms of child abuse and demonstrates this commitment through the implementation of a comprehensive Child Protection Program designed to keep children safe.
Community Conduct Policy
This applies to all members of the Wesley College community (including parents and guardians, OWs and volunteers, conference attendees on College premises, contractors and vendors, or other persons who have interactions or dealings with the College but not staff or students, collectively members).
Community Safety Orders Policy
Everyone in the Wesley College (‘the College’) community has the right to a safe and healthy working and learning environment. Instances of violence and aggression directed towards school staff from parents, carers and other adult members of the school community can have significant impacts on the health, safety and wellbeing of the person who experiences this, as well as those around them. This policy outlines specific action that authorised representatives of the College may take to address the risk of harmful, threatening or abusive behaviour directed towards school staff.
Complaints and Grievances Policy and Procedures
Wesley College (the College) recognises that it is in the best interest of students and parents or guardians for there to be a trusting and co-operative relationship between members of the community and the College. Complaints and grievances are an important way for the College community to provide information and feedback to the College and request a formal response or corrective action.

Wesley College Enrolment Procedures (International)
The international enrolment process is outlined in Wesley's international enrolement procedures and starts with completing an online application form which includes a copy of the most recent school report (original and translated) and the results of Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) assessment.

International Student Deferrment, Suspension and Cancellation Policy
This policy relates to the assessment, approval and recording of a deferment or suspension of studies of an overseas/international student (for whatever reason) in accordance with Standard 9: Deferring, suspending or cancelling the student’s enrolment of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018. The scope of this policy includes the administration of Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) for any movements.
Wesley College Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shops at the Glen Waverley and St Kilda Rd campuses sell uniform as well as Wesley bags and other merchandise. Opening hours for the Campus Uniform Shops and the parent run Second-Hand Uniform Shops can be found on the WiSE calendar.
Digital and Social Media Policy
The aim of this Digital and Social Media Policy is to set standards of behaviour for the use of Social Media that are consistent with the values and expectations of Wesley College (the College) and compliant with all applicable laws. The Policy also aims to protect the safety and wellbeing of members of the College community and to uphold the Child Safe Programs of the College.
