Launched in 2002 by Robert De Niro and partners, Tribeca is a leading celebration of independent film and a vibrant hub for storytellers worldwide.

While still in school, Walt and Kieren built a YouTube following of over 15 million viewers. Their production company, Dynamic Visuals, has since grown into a tight-knit studio producing hundreds of videos each year.

‘Being at Tribeca was a surreal experience,’ recalls Walt. ‘Kieren and I have been making films since we were kids, so to be part of such a renowned festival was a huge milestone and something we’ve wanted for a long time. Standing on stage and speaking about our project alongside incredible directors was one of the most nerve-racking and exhilarating moments of our career so far.’

Kieren added, ‘Going to New York has always been a dream. To have our first festival be one of the world’s biggest was unbelievable. Walt and I have dipped our toes in almost every role of filmmaking, from cinematography to lighting, visual effects and sound design. But Tribeca has lit the fire and reminded us both why we became filmmakers in the first place.’
